I watched my daughter’s face light up as she absorbed the sheer power of a woman owning the stage.

When “She Wolf” began, we danced and howled along. No one could silence us.

That’s exactly what I want for my daughter—and girls everywhere.

The “She-Wolf Commandments” feel like a manifesto for the kind of women we want to raise and become.

The greatest gift we can give the next generation isn’t just career advice or professional strategies—it’s permission to be unapologetically themselves:
- to trust their instincts (Commandment 7),
- support their pack (Commandment 1)
- and remember that being a she-wolf isn’t just about individual strength—it’s about lifting everyone around you (Commandment 6).

The concert ended, but the lesson continues. Because when we embrace our she-wolf nature, support each other, defend what matters, and never renounce our authentic selves…that’s when real transformation happens.
There’s something incredibly liberating about em There’s something incredibly liberating about embracing #JOMO: the Joy Of Missing Out.

I’ve discovered true power is saying “no” to what doesn’t serve us and “yes” to what truly matters.

It took me years to realize this and it’s still very hard for me to do, but some of my most fulfilling moments have come from declining invitations, skipping events, and prioritizing quiet evenings at home or quality time with those closest to me.

JOMO isn’t about isolation; it’s about intentionality. It’s recognizing that your energy is precious, and you get to decide how to spend it. When you release yourself from the obligation to attend every event or join every call, you create space for what truly nourishes your soul.

So the next time you’re tempted to say “yes” out of #FOMO, consider whether this is truly where you want to direct your energy. There’s incredible joy in choosing yourself—and the right people will respect you for it.

Here’s to the quiet power of occasionally missing out!
